Micro-infusion Facial

If you are beginning to notice the appearance of fine lines, discoloration, and skin texture issues, but want to avoid injectables, chemical peels, and lasers for now, you might want to consider a Microfusion Facial. This facial helps with fine lines, discoloration, and oil production. This is what gives you that “glow” lasting longer than a regular facial.

For this procedure, a device that contains 20 micro-needles that are finer than a strand of hair and plated in 24K gold are stamped into the skin with a specialized solution depending on your skin needs. The solution is a combination of neuromodulator, hyaluronic acid gel filler, vitamins, and skin brightening regenerating medication.

Microinfusion uses micro channels to improve skin texture, tone, and elasticity. The tiny needles help deliver small amounts of the serum solution just under the dermis at a uniform depth. Some solutions use neuromodulators to help decrease oiliness and calm rosacea, hyaluronic acid fillers to plump up dehydrated skin, antioxidants to protect the skin, and even growth factors to promote cellular growth. This no down-time facial is perfect for special events.

How does it work? The needles penetrate at a precise depth of 600 micrometers into the skin. Each needle is hollow, and the tool has a chamber designed to be filled with your custom infusion solution. Unlike derma rollers, a stamping technique ensures consistent penetration. Because the treatment is completely individualized, you are able to choose the exact skin concerns you want to address.

What to expect? After cleansing the skin, I will mix your individualized solution. The solution is administered in a stamping motion on your skin, covering the treatment area multiple times. You will feel a mild pressing sensation. The treatment takes about 20-30 minutes and involves no downtime or recovery. Some patients will have a slight pink tone to their skin for about 1 hour after. There is no activity restriction after a Microinfusion Facial.

Does this hurt? No, so much that I can do this facial to myself without any topical anesthesia.

Most patients see great results from 1 treatment for 2-3 months after. If your skin is very dry, 2 treatments may be necessary. The treatment can be done as often as every 1-3 months and doing several treatments throughout the year will continue to improve the overall appearance of your skin. Results are seen immediately, however, are the best within 3-7 days after treatment.
